Team NSW's fantastic AGC's results!

Team NSW’s had outstanding results at the 2025 AGCs held in Sydney from 2nd to 5th October!

This year Team NSW sending the highest number of players, coaches and supporters than any other State (again), with a total of 31 NSW players competing, either for Team NSW or as pool players for other States. We had:

• 6 teams across 4x divisions
• 10 coaches across 6x teams
• 4 referees participating in the comp
• 58 volunteers - including 30 ACPE students, 17 player commentators and 11 other volunteers

Team NSW won gold in the Mens, Womens and Junior divisions and our Youth 1 team won bronze! We also had 5 newcomer players competing in their very first AGCs! We are so proud to see more and more excited athletes competing proudly in the blue for Team NSW!

Further to our State and National achievements, NSW players and coaches were selected to represent Australia, or invited to be part of Australian Goalball national squads, including:

• Womens – Molly Smith, Zara Perry and Jess Clark
• Youth – Aryan Narayan, Aiden Jang, Sophie Weaver, Monique Newman, Sora Wong, Clayton Pereira, Cooper Campbell
• Coaches – Andrew Ridley (Head Mens Coach), Andrew Perry (Head Youth Coach), Anthony Newman (Support Staff - Youth Squad), Alan Campbell (Support Staff – Youth Squad)
