Event Waiver

Principles are required to complete the waiver which can be downloaded here

Participants need to have parents complete the photo waiver, if a student is not permitted to have photo's taken the school is to make staff at the event aware of those students, otherwise it is assumed that all attending can be photographed and video'd waiver form is here
